With ten years of experience as a rehabilitation social worker and hypnotherapist, she specializes in providing counseling services for issues such as emotional distress, depression, interpersonal difficulties, family stress, and emotional support for parents with SEN. Through professional guidance techniques, she helps clients explore themselves, enhance inner cognition, and achieve personal growth.


She has ten years of experience as a social worker in rehabilitation services and is also a certified hypnotherapist from the National Hypnotherapist Group (NGH) in the United States.


If you are willing to give yourself some breathing space, I hope to be a counselor you can confide in.


Someone once asked: "How can I be my true self first?"


Life has given you an identity and a role. In order to shoulder the responsibilities, how long has it been since you were able to express yourself freely like a child, to explore, and to do whatever you want to do?


After becoming an adult, I even have to keep my crying voice as low as possible, for fear of being labeled as weak, and even more afraid of becoming a negative energy to others.


There's probably no quick fix for true happiness. Although life can be incredibly difficult at times, and we endure pain, fatigue, and the feeling of being overwhelmed, please believe that every courageous expression and commitment we make in the storms of life is a way to free ourselves from the accumulated pressure.
