1. Service Introduction
HealingTalk provides emotional support services designed to help users relieve stress and improve their mental health. Please note that our services are not equivalent to psychotherapy or professional mental health services. Our counselors are not registered psychologists and therefore cannot provide diagnosis or treatment. Before using HealingTalk, users should understand that if they require psychotherapy or have mental health issues, they should seek appropriate professional services.

2. Age Restriction for Use: Users must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of their parents or legal guardians to use this service.
Accuracy: Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide and agree to provide true and accurate personal information when using the Services.

3. Payment Terms If the user chooses to pay directly with HealingTalk via WhatsApp, such action shall be deemed as the user’s acceptance of these Terms of Use and related conditions.

4. Refund Policy
Once HealingTalk's services are confirmed and provided, no refunds will be arranged. Users should fully understand and agree to the selected service content and confirm their needs before making payment.

5. Service Limitations
HealingTalk's emotional support services are not intended for clients experiencing critical situations. If you are experiencing a crisis, a life-threatening situation, or require urgent mental health support, we recommend that you contact a local professional mental health service or call an emergency hotline immediately. We are unable to provide support in these situations.

6. Disclaimer
HealingTalk is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses caused by inaccuracies in information, misuse of services, or reliance on the information we provide. Users should carefully consider their own circumstances and needs before using HealingTalk services and are responsible for their actions and decisions.

7. Modifications to the Service
HealingTalk reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any service at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our website and will be effective from the date of posting.
