My name is Simon. Over the years, I've worked with individuals recovering from mental illness, the elderly, and their caregivers, as well as children with special learning needs. I've also experienced emotional distress myself, and during my recovery, I've learned that escaping this maze of depression is no easy task. Only by accepting your imperfections, embracing your limitations, vulnerabilities, and growth, breaking free from habitual thinking patterns, and building resilience can you achieve change.

No matter where we've come from, we all fear being judged and expressing vulnerability. Life isn't easy, and we often hit a wall and feel exhausted. We all long for a space where we can freely express our vulnerability, acknowledge the fatigue of life, and take a breath. When we bravely express the anxiety, pressure, and imperfections in our lives, and when we feel safe, understood, and accepted in this space, it's the beginning of rediscovering our inner strength.

Whether you are facing relationship problems, work pressure, emotional haze, or you are confused about your future, or sometimes you feel that you are out of tune with the world, I can accompany you, listen to you, and walk with you on a road to recovery.
